Adding a Button to a Toolbar

• On the Tools menu, click Customize.
• The Customize dialogue box is displayed.
• Select the Commands tab.
• In the Categories box, select All Commands.
• In the Commands box, select the command you want to add and drag and drop it onto the toolbar you want to add it to.
  
• Click Close on the Customize dialogue box to return to text editing mode.
